This Policy provides an overview of the applicable rules and regulations that govern the Networx service ordering process. The purpose of this Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Policy is to identify and provide supplemental information in the establishment of titles, roles and responsibilities of Designated Agency Representatives (DARs) for the move from the FTS-2001 contract to the Networx contract and its transition program.
